📦 Ordering & Shipping
How quickly will my order ship?
We process all orders placed before 2 PM EST the same business day. Orders ship via Canada Post or Purolator, with tracking information provided via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship throughout Canada. For international orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
What are your shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over $500 within Canada.
💻 About Our Refurbished Computers
What does “refurbished” mean?
Our refurbished computers are previously-owned business-grade machines that have been thoroughly tested, cleaned, and restored to excellent working condition. All data is completely wiped, components are tested and replaced if necessary, and a fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro is included.
Are refurbished computers reliable?
Absolutely! Business-grade computers from Dell, HP, and Lenovo are built to last. These machines are designed for corporate environments where reliability is critical. With our thorough refurbishment process and warranty, they often outlast consumer-grade new computers.
What is included with my computer?
Every computer includes the laptop or desktop unit, a compatible power adapter, Windows 11 Pro installed and activated, and our 1-year warranty. Batteries in laptops are tested to hold a charge but are not covered under warranty as they are consumable items.
Can I upgrade the specifications?
Yes! We can customize most computers with additional RAM, larger SSDs, or other upgrades. Contact us before ordering to discuss your specific needs.
🛡️ Warranty & Support
What does your warranty cover?
Our 1-year warranty covers all hardware defects and component failures under normal use. This includes the motherboard, processor, RAM, hard drive/SSD, display, keyboard, and ports. Batteries and cosmetic damage are not covered.
How do I get technical support?
We provide free lifetime technical support via email and phone. Contact us at [email protected] or through our contact form, and our team will respond within one business day.
What if I have a warranty claim?
Contact us with your order number and description of the issue. We’ll troubleshoot remotely first. If hardware service is needed, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the unit to us for repair or replacement.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund minus shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
🔧 Software & Licensing
Is Windows 11 Pro genuine?
Yes, all our computers come with genuine Windows 11 Pro digitally licensed and activated. The license is tied to the hardware and will remain activated even if you need to reinstall Windows.
What about Microsoft Office?
Microsoft Office is not included but can be added for an additional fee. We offer both perpetual licenses and Microsoft 365 subscriptions.
What is the Delcampe Sync plugin?
Delcampe Sync is our custom WooCommerce plugin that synchronizes your stamp collection inventory between Delcampe.net and your WooCommerce store. It automates listing creation, inventory management, and order processing.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer for Canadian customers.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payment processing is handled through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never store credit card information on our servers.
Do you offer financing?
